METHOD FOR TREATING THREATENED MISCARRIAGE IN FIRST TRIMESTER IN PATIENTS-CARRIERS OF ANTIBODIES TO THYROID PEROXIDASE

A method for treating the threatened miscarriage in the first trimester in the patients-carriers of antibodies to thyroid peroxidase comprises the use of sodium livotyroxin per os at a daily dose of 50-75 µg under control of the thyrotropin content. When the thyrotropin content exceeds 2 mIU/L, the daily dose of sodium livotyroxin is increased by 25 µg. In addition, 3-5 sessions of membrane plasmapheresis is provided with 3-day intervals under control of the level of antibodies to thyroid peroxidase.
