The present invention relates to a recombinant industrial yeast having an auxotrophic selection maker about uracil by deactivating the activation of a URA3 gene and a method for manucaturing a recombinant microbial strain using the same, and an industrial recombinant yeast capable of fermenting pentose and hexose where a gene relating to pentose is introduced in the microbial strain and a method for produing ehtanol in high yield in a culture medium which includes the pentose and hexose using the same.
