The present invention discloses a device for maintaining a charging reference line. The device includes the following: a raw material bin which contains a raw material; a screen part which receives the raw material from the raw material bin and adjusts the amount of the raw material transferred to a furnace; a selection hopper which stores a raw material selected by the screen part; and a transfer part which transfers the raw material stored in the selection hopper to the furnace.
