A method for refining of fat coriander oil comprises removing of free fatty acids. The removing is carried out with ethyl alcohol by mixing of fat coriander oil and ethyl alcohol in the ratio, such as 1:4…1:8 on the first stage. At the second stage – in the ratio such as 1:4…1:2. At the third stage – in the ratio, such as 1:4…1:2, heating of mixture on each stage to the alcohol boiling temperature of 70…78 °C for 5…20 minutes with continuous mixing, cooled to the room temperature till complete fractionation and decanting of purified oil. |
