摘要 A method for manufacturing the titanium implant with bilayer coating comprises sand-blaster treatment of the surface of the titanium implant with aluminum oxide particles followed by the chemical etching. The etched surface of the titanium implant is treated in the glow discharge of argon followed by the sand-blaster treatment with hydroxyl apatite powder. The biologically active coating based on hydroxyl apatite is applied. Prior to the primary sand-blaster treatment, the additional titanium coating is generated by the electrosparking alloying in saturating medium.
