The present invention relates to a locking handle device for a sliding type window system which can show secure opening and closing actions through a simple structure using a rotating type handle, does not deteriorate in operability in spite of frequent operation, and opens and closes a window frame to a window case for a sliding type window system in order to reduce a defect rate by preventing components from being exposed to the outside. The locking handle device for the sliding type window system comprises a fixture which is mounted on a frame of the window case facing the window frame and has a locking recess formed in the movement direction of the window frame; a lock which is connected to the frame of the window case corresponding to the locking recess at a position where the window frame is locked to the window case in order to be operated back and forth in the vertical direction from the movement direction of the window frame and which has a spring member disposed inside an insertion hole formed at the rear side of an operational direction to be operated elastically and a connection hole formed in the side wall of the insertion hole; a rotating operation member of which one end part is inserted and located into the connection hole of the lock, of which the other end part is connected to a shaft member to be rotated axially, and which has a torsion member disposed on the outer side of the shaft member; an operation case which has a receiving space to surround the lock and the rotating operation member and which is fixed on the outer surface of the frame of the window case to support the lock and the rotating operation member; and a handle which is disposed on the outer face of the operation case and connected to the shaft member to carry out a rotary motion. |
