Disclosed is an apparatus for transferring a weight. The apparatus for transferring a weight according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first skid rail prepared on top of a pier to transfer a weight; a second skid rail prepared on top of a deck of a hull, while being positioned on a straight line from the first skid rail to receive the weight from the first skid rail; and a link beam prepared between the first and second skid rails to connect the first and second skid rails, while limiting the horizontal movement of the second skid rail to allow the first and second skid rails to maintain a straight line in the longitudinal direction of the first and second skid rails.
