The present invention relates to a packaging box having a cushion member. By being prepared inside a packaging box to prevent damages to the products stored inside due to the external impacts, the present invention includes: a plate-like body attached and fixated to the inner lateral sides of the boards forming a side wall frame of the packaging box; elastic cushioning bumps having a rod-shaped support portion protruded from the main body, and a bumpy portion formed on an end of the support portion while having a diameter bigger than the diameter of the end of the support portion; and concave grooves respectively inserted and fixated onto the bottom side body having the bumpy portion bent. |
