The invention relates to the area of clinical and experimental medicine. A method for reveal of early apoptosis consists in that cells are sampled, with division to two samples. After that the cells of the first sample are stained with Hoechst 33342 stain, with visual determination of the state of the cells and with calculation of the number of the cells with positive color. The second sample of the cells is irradiated with high-gradient coherent radiation at λ=650 nm, with incubation in wet chamber at temperature 37 °C during 60 minutes, with division again into two samples, one of those is dyed with the dye Hoechst 33342 with microscopic investigation with calculation of apoptosis cells, and the second one is subjected to confocal microscopy, and state of cells is determined visually by the method of holographic micro-interferometry, with calculation of the cells with the elements of wrinkling, condensation, segmentation and fragmentation of nuclei. If in the second sample the number of apoptosis cells is larger compared to the first one by 20-50 %, early apoptosis is stated by the difference of the number of apoptosis cells in the first and the second samples. The method makes it possible to reveal apoptosis cells at early stages of programmed death. |
