The present invention relates to a method for treating mixed seaweed waste using bacillus alcalophilus KACC91705P having seaweed derived polysaccharide decomposition ability and protein decomposition ability. According to the present invention, reduced monosaccharide like galactose and glucose and oligosaccharide can be produced from various kinds of seaweed waste compounds or byproducts which are difficult to be treated and is produced during a seaweed treating process or during extraction, to not only have an effect of being recycled for the production of biomolecule or bioethanol, but also have an effect of solving environmental problems by effectively treating mixed seaweed waste.
