The present invention relates to a device to transfer fuel and material and an exhaust gas treatment apparatus having the same and, more specifically, to a device to transfer fuel and material capable of preventing fuel and material fixated on a belt from sliding; and preventing the belt from being damaged by reducing the contact surface between the fuel and material accumulated on the belt and the transferring device, and an exhaust gas treatment apparatus having the same. The device to transfer fuel and material and exhaust gas treatment apparatus having the same includes: a belt where the fuel and material are fixated; a partition wall prepared on the belt, while preventing the sliding of the fuel, and material fixated onto the belt; and a guide unit to support the belt to make the belt circulate. |
