The present invention relates to a battery charging device for a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), including a tire pressure sensor module equipped with a rechargeable battery therein and installed on a tire rim, the tire pressure sensor being driven by the battery to detect a tire pressure and output it to an external device; a charging power converting unit for receiving a charging signal from the outside to generate an induction current in an electromagnetic induction manner; and a voltage and current regulating circuit for performing voltage and current regulation on the induction current generated by the charging power converting unit and providing it to the battery built in the tire pressure sensor module, so that the battery is charged. The sensor module for monitoring the tire pressure is equipped with the rechargeable battery and the charging device, and the rechargeable battery of the sensor module is wirelessly charged by a portable charging signal supply device supplying the charging signal.
