PURPOSE: A multipurpose and multifunctional heating plate is provided to be used for soup, steamed dish, and garlic roasting while the food for the roasting is cooked and to minimize thermal energy loss of a heating device. CONSTITUTION: A functional heating plate comprises a heating plate body (10) and a roasting plate replacing unit (20). The heating plate body is formed in a circular or polygonal shape. The roasting plate replacing unit is formed in a circular or polygonal shape in the center of the heating plate body. The roasting plate replacing unit provides a space in which a roasting plate is mounted. One or more bowls (31-33) are formed in the heating plate body. |
