A showcase system comprises a home server and at least one communication group, wherein each communication group comprises an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units. According to a user inputting a bus value and an address value, the indoor unit makes a request to set an address send to the outdoor unit, and then the outdoor unit checks an error of the request to set the address through the communication with the home server. If the error does not occur, the outdoor unit sets the bus values of the communication groups composed of the outdoor unit and the plurality of indoor units to the same value based on the received request to set the address. Accordingly, the communication control is available and the communication efficiency between the outdoor unit and the indoor units can be improved by giving the address to the outdoor unit using the indoor unit on the network.
