Provided is an apparatus to control an excess of reducing agents. According to the present invention, the apparatus to control an excess of reducing agents comprises: a reaction chamber into which a reducing agent and a target material are injected, and where the reducing agent reacts with the target material; a storage container provided for the upper part of the reaction chamber to store the target material; a nozzle provided for the lower end of the storage container to spray the target material stored in the storage container inside the reaction chamber; an injection pipe combined with the reaction chamber and equipped in a direction perpendicular to the nozzle to inject the reducing agent towards the target material injected inside the reaction chamber; and a collecting chamber to collect an unreacted reducing agent falling along a parabolic track into the lower end of the reaction chamber after the reducing agent is provided inside the reaction chamber, and then in contact with the target material. A spray nozzle to spray the reducing agent injected through the injection pipe towards the target material injected inside the reaction chamber is installed in one end of the injection pipe.
