The purpose of the present invention is to provide an LED lighting device to emit the heat generated from an LED easily, and to form a light distribution pattern similar to an incandescent lamp. Therefore, the present invention comprises: a cap portion which is formed in either spherical or aspherical, having a receiving space inside, and has a cap fastening portion (110a) fastened to a heat radiating portion on a lower part; a heat radiating portion which is formed with a socket portion connected to a power supply terminal on the lower part, a cylindrical lower heat radiating portion to release heat which is generated from a first LED module and a second LED module, and an upper heat radiation portion disposed to be equiangular to three LED installation panels; a first LED module which is disposed at the heat radiating portion and emits light in the upward direction; and a second LED module which is mounted on the heat radiating portion and emits light in the lateral direction. Therefore, the present invention can provide as much convenience of usage as a conventional incandescent lamp, emit the light emitted from a light source to all direction regions of the lighting device, and maintain uniform illumination over a wide irradiation area.
