The present invention provides an antibiotic-free poultry feed composition containing powder and extract of Broussonetia Kazinokii. According to the present invention, when the antibiotic-free poultry feed composition is fed on poultry, the contents of essential amino acids and unsaturated fatty acids of poultry meat are increased; the quality of flesh and palatability of the poultry meat are enhanced; and the cholesterol content and calories of the poultry meat are reduced.
