An objective of the present invention is to provide a compact and safe transmission testing device. The device of the present invention includes a rotation shaft connected to an input shaft of a transmission, while having a rotatable arm installed on one end; a torque meter installed on the rotation shaft to measure a torque applied to the rotation shaft; a hydraulic cylinder device having a piston rod connected to the rotatable arm, while rotating the rotation shaft; and a rotation shaft connected to an output shaft of the transmission, while maintaining a fixated status by a fixating arm. In addition, the rotation shaft, torque meter, rotatable arm, fixating arm, and hydraulic cylinder device are desirably supported on a bed.
