The present invention relating to a cover device for a stacker comprises: a cover unit which is installed in an outlet and is open on the upper part thereof to cover a chute unit; storage units which are respectively combined with both ends of the cover unit; and a sealing unit which moves by being connected to the chute and mounted in the cover unit to seal the cover unit. The sealing unit can sustainably seal the cover unit and reduces the storing space of the sealing unit by being attached to the storage unit.
