The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a protective window of a display panel for a mobile device and a method of assembling a protective window of a display panel for a mobile device using the same. The method of manufacturing a protective window of a display panel for a mobile device includes (A) preparing a reinforced glass plate for manufacturing a protective window of a display panel for a mobile device; (B) coating an infrared curing ink on at least a part of a surface of the reinforced glass plate; (C) curing the infrared curing ink by irradiating an infrared ray with an amount of 3500-3900mJ/cm2 to the reinforced glass plate coated with the infrared curing ink; and (D) heating the reinforced glass plate to which the infrared ray is irradiated at a temperature of 150-180°C for 30 to 60 minutes. The present invention may environment-friendly manufacture the protective window of a display panel for a mobile device within a rapid time and may solve a failure problem. Further, the present invention may implement a method of environment-friendly assembling a protective window of a display panel for a mobile device within a short time and may solve a problem of failure. |
