An installation for ultrasound cracking of hydrocarbon compounds (hydrocarbon raw material), containing housing made with ability of organization of cavitating process in hydrocarbon raw material, acoustic ultrasound irradiator in the installation (reactor) cavity, vertical mixer (rotationary mixer) for providing flow mechanics of fluidized layer of the stream inside reactor, installation for supply of hydrocarbon raw material into reaction zone, device for isolation and withdrawal of the target product. Additionally it is equipped with container for the catalyst and with the catalyst located in container in the upper part of reactor in the zone of cavitating stream (flowing) in fluidized vortex layer of the catalyst. The installation is equipped with devices for supply of hydrogen-containing substances and mixing thereof with hydrocarbon raw material. At that the housing is made in a form of vertically installed longish cylinder and equipped with two frontal caps installed with ability of providing of vacuum density. Wherein the upper frontal cap is made with holes for installation of acoustic ultrasound irradiators, and the lower – for installation of devices for supply of hydrocarbon raw material, hydrogen-containing substances, and mixing thereof. |
