Upon detecting the occurrence of an event for reporting measurements of a radio communication condition of a cell at a frequency set for a base station device to a base station device (3) communicating with a terminal device (2), the terminal device (2) in a wireless communication system (1) creates a measurement report which includes information indicating the radio communication condition of cells at the frequency at which the event occurred and at another frequency. The base station device (3) controls whether or not to perform handover of the terminal device (2) to another cell based on the measurement report transmitted from the terminal device (2).EFFECT: providing wireless communication wherein a base station device and a terminal device are able to communicate with each other using multiple frequencies, the wireless communication system being capable of reducing the time needed for handover.14 cl, 28 dwg |
