FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises storage battery unit (11) with electric generator element (112) contained in outer shell element (111). Said element consists of laminated film including resin-based ply (111c) with sealed outer peripheral sections (113). Washers (12) are arranged between outer peripheral sections when another thin storage battery is located on thin storage battery. Said sections have fastening sections (121) for fastening of storage battery at predetermined position. Resilient resin section (13) is moulded with resilient resin insert at fragments of outer peripheral sections. Note here that said fragments are located around, at least, fastening sections and at areas (H1) including overlapped sections (14).
