FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for complex-shape articles. Initial billet is formed in two steps. At first step, billet heated to deformation temperature is extruded. Note here that semi-finished product with surface with machining allowance. At second step, semi-finished product is deformed in cold state by reducing the surface with allowances and/or at extruding the cavities therein.
