FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: charge for coloured glass production contains the following components, wt %: soda 15.0-20.0; quartz sand 54.5-64.5; dried chrome-containing sludge 20.0-25.0 of the following average composition, wt %: CrOtotal - 9.8; CrOwater-soluble - 3.4; CrOacid-soluble - 1.6; CaO act. - 2.37; CaO tot. - 21.4; MgO - 35.7; FeO- 19.2; AlO- 2.85; SiO- 4.8; balance - water, and technical sulphur 0.2-0.5. Glass is made in electric furnaces at 1400°C.EFFECT: invention provides for safety of coloured glass production, recycling of industrial wastes.1 tbl |
