FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manual casting of decorative articles and to production of decorative coating on smooth even surfaces, particularly, on ceramic plate, glass, metal and plastic. Proposed method comprises making the blanks from the mix of polymer base with filler to be placed in the mould for solidification and full polymerisation. Note here that said blank comprises polyester unsaturated resin mixed with filler and hardener. Resin-to-filler ratio makes 1-1.5-2.0. Mix in the mould is subjected to degassing while mix hardening in said mould is performed at 60-80°C for 10-15 minutes. Blanks are extracted from the mould and subjected to curing to full polymerisation of polyester saturated resin. Thereafter, produced article is ground without water cooling at grinding belt at grain size of 60-120 units with subsequent washing and drying of ground surface. Note here that patterns are applied on finished surface by direct printing of UV inks.EFFECT: simplified process at high decorative properties.3 cl |
