The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a solar cell module capable of manufacturing a solar cell module having various sizes in a simple process and simply manufacturing a solar cell module having a light weight, excellent stiffness and solar power generation efficiency with a liquid MMA resin although a mold is not prepared. The method for manufacturing a solar cell module includes: positioning lower reinforced glass on a flat surface; arranging a hollow flexible tube having a staple shape on a top surface of the lower reinforced glass; aligning a solar cell coupled with a support member having an adhesive tape on the bottom surface thereof on the lower reinforced glass in the hollow flexible tube; positioning upper reinforced glass on the lower reinforced glass and the hollow flexible tube; forming an internal space including an opening portion by the upper and lower reinforced glass and the hollow flexible tube by locking edges of the upper and lower reinforced glasses by a C clamp or a coupler; injecting a liquid synthetic resin such as an MMA resin, a urethane resin, and an epoxy resin into the internal space formed by the upper and lower reinforced glass and the hollow flexible tube through the opening portion; drying the locked upper and lower reinforced glass assembly in a state that the locked upper and lower reinforced glass assembly vertically stands so that the opening portion faces upward; and separating the upper reinforced glass from the lower reinforced glass to cut an upper portion having a condensed bubble. |
