The machine has a fixed frame coupled to a tractor. Movable frames are rotationally moved in the tractor via a crank-connecting rod system. The movable frames include harrows with teeth (2b) on springs to perforate a ground for mechanically destroying voles and for raising skewered voles on a surface of the ground. The movable frames are driven with a catch force proportional to the tractor or drive wheels. The movable frames function according to modes synchronized for a fluid operation. The harrows are hinged between two wheels.
