The handle (1) has a gripping body (4) that is mounted on a support (7) that is arranged interdependent of a fascia of a vehicle i.e. car. The gripping body is arranged with a light source (10) such as electroluminescent diode, and an auxiliary light source (15). A set of power supply units i.e. contactors (11, 16), and a button is arranged for the light sources. A set of removable fixing units (13b) is arranged to the support so as to make the gripping body pass from a handling position to a dismounted position of the support.
