<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize a gap between hole and electrode by forming a hole in an edge region of a support substrate and forming an electrode to fill the hole. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell(320) is formed in an upper part of a support substrate(310). A bus bar(400) is electrically connected to the solar cells. A frame(100) is arranged in four sides of the solar cells. The frame includes a first sub frame, a second sub frame(120), a third sub frame(130) and a fourth sub frame(140). An electrode(70) is formed to fill a hole(50) of the support substrate.</p> |
