The present invention relates to an adsorption heat exchanger and, more specifically, to an adsorption heat exchanger prepared in a horizontal direction, while stably having an adsorption agent and preventing the adsorption agent from leaning downwards by gravity. The adsorption heat exchanger is also capable of easily securing a flow passage for a refrigerant and enhancing the overall heat-exchanging capacity.
