The present invention relates to a ratiometric fluorescence response chemosensor including boronic acid selectively binding to mercury ions, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for detecting mercury ions using the same. According to the present invention, a sensor for detecting fluorescence of mercury ions is capable of easily quantitative analyzing mercuric ions (Hg2+) by selectively performing ratiometric fluorescence under other metal ions in a mixture solution of a 100% aqueous phase, an aqueous solution, and an organic solution. Moreover, the ratiometric fluorescence response chemosensor has an eco-friendly effect for removing mercuric ions by separating a chemical sensor from analyte while recognizing mercuric ions at the same time by forming an irreversible covalent bond through a metal exchange reaction of mercuric ions and boronic acid of a chemical sensor. Therefore, the ratiometric fluorescence response chemosensor can be used in a general industrial field requiring mercuric ion detection of a bio sample, and a water environment such as underground water and a river. |
