A structure for combining an H-shaped steel column with a horizontal beam and a combining method thereof are disclosed. According to the present invention, the structure for combining the H-shaped steel column with the horizontal beam and the combining method thereof comprise the H-shaped steel column which is longitudinally installed; the horizontal beam which is combined with a flange of the H-shaped steel column in the direction parallel to a web of the H-shaped steel column; and a horizontal reinforcement plate which is installed on the horizontal beam and distributes stress concentration generated on a part where the flange of the H-shaped steel column is combined with the horizontal beam.
