The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a high-capacity nanocomposite material, capable of manufacturing an electrode with high electrical conductivity and increased capacity through selective graphitization, and metal oxide (FePO4) doping for a carbon nanofiber surface and the high-capacity nanocomposite material manufactured thereby. The high-capacity nanocomposite material of the present invention manufactures carbon nanofiber by a thermal CVD method, and is composed of the carbon nanofiber whereby the surface is selectively graphitized by low-temperature graphitization and the high-capacity nanocomposite material doped with a metal oxide. |
