<p>The method involves determining a mass fraction in a standard solution i.e. hexadecane, according to the mass of a lubricant sample to which a known mass of standard solution is added. A relative report is determined for each diluted compound e.g. ethanol. A mass content is determined for each compound diluted with regard to the determined relative report. A mass fraction and a calibration of a response of a chromatography detector are determined for each diluted compound, where the compound is diluted in a lubricant such as oil.</p> |
