The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a variable time- and variable pressure-applied eco-friendly loess ceiling material and an eco-friendly loess ceiling material manufactured by using same. The method for manufacturing a variable time- and variable pressure-applied eco-friendly loess ceiling material includes (a) a step for producing a mixture containing 85 to 95 wt% of loess, 1 to 7 wt% of germanium, 1 to 7 wt% of feldspar, 1 to 6 wt% of paper mulberry bark grind, and 1 to 10 wt% of water; and (b) a step for forming a molded article by injecting the mixture into a mold and pressurizing and maintaining the mixture in the mold for a variable time and at a variable pressure, in which step (b) includes (b1) a step for increasing the pressure of and pressurizing the mixture phase by phase for 0.1 to 100,000 ms from 400 kgf/cm2 to 2,000 kgf/cm2; (b2) a step for pressurizing the pressurized mixture for 0.1 to 100,000 ms while maintaining a pressure of 2,000 kgf/cm2; and (b3) a step for forming a molded body by decompressing the mixture pressurized at the maintained pressure phase by phase for 0.1 to 100,000 ms from 2,000 kgf/cm2 to 0 kgf/cm2, in which the pressure increased or decreased at least once in each of steps (b1) and (b3) is maintained for 0.1 to 100,000 ms. |
