The present invention relates to a rotary vane compressor including a plurality of curved-surface wing type vanes with the ability to rotate on the outer circumferential surface of a rotor. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a contact support unit is formed on the front end of the vanes to be continuously in contact with the hollow inner circumferential surface, thus preventing a striking noise generated during a rapid deployment of traditional vanes.
