SMART ACTUATOR

The present invention relates to a smart actuator comprising a hollow housing (110) of which both sides are opened; a cover part (150) installed on one opened side of the housing (110) and having a rod hole; a piston (130) positioned inside the housing (110) and having a rod (131) extended through the rod hole; and an actuating unit coupled to the other side of the housing (110) and actuating the piston (130) to be moved forward and backward; and an electric motor (120) connected to the actuating unit and driving the actuating unit. According to the present invention, the smart actuator has a measuring unit measuring the displacement of the rod, wherein the measuring unit can be simply demounted from or mounted on the smart actuator, can measure the displacement of the rod when simply mounted in an existing actuator, and can have a robust structure to prevent damage due to an external impact.
