PURPOSE: A composition for preventing and treating immunization diseases including nutlin-3a compound is provided to suppress the expression of IL-17 through overexpression of p53. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating immunization diseases includes nutlin-3a compound. The nutlin-3a compound suppresses the IL-17 production. The IL-17 production suppression is completed by the overexpression of p53. The immunization disease is autoimmune disease, inflammation disease, transplantation rejection disease of cell, tissue or organ.
