The present invention relates to an air guide system of an conditioner with high efficiency using a thermoelectric module to be used as an air cooler and a heater, which is configured to use a thermoelectric element instead of using refrigerant gas like Freon gas, and which is configured to solve problems such as convective heat diffusion, air flow direction and fixed quantity, and temperature control and simultaneously to maximize the efficiency of the thermoelectric element as an environment-friendly product with almost no operating noise and environment pollution. A feature of the present invention describes that the air guide system may mainly be used when cooling. When heating, a user can only switch the direction of a DC power supply then a heating mode is applied.
