The specification discloses an apparatus for managing an available advertisement amount which determines whether an advertisement reservation is possible or not at a predetermined time by targeting conditions. The apparatus comprises: an advertisement transmission amount estimating unit which analyzes advertisement data transmitted during a predetermined period in the past and estimates an advertisement transmission (request) amount; an advertisement exposure amount estimating unit which estimates an advertisement exposure (impression) amount based on an advertisement charging scheme; and a remaining transmission amount determining unit which compares the estimated advertisement transmission amount with the estimated advertisement exposure amount to determine a remaining advertisement amount at the predetermined time. |
