The present invention relates to a cone valve. A cone (30) is installed inside a body (10) in which a hollow is formed, wherein the body (10) is formed of left and right bodies (15, 16), the cone is installed between the left and right bodies (15, 16), left and right inclined valve surfaces (17, 18) are formed at the front ends of the left and right bodies (15, 16), respectively, to be corresponding to an inclined surface of the cone (30), so that the cone (30) moves back and forth to open or close a flow passage. The cone (30) is fixedly connected to a cylindrical front-and-back moving body (51) installed at the outer circumference of the body (10), wherein a screw part is formed at the outer circumference of the cylindrical front-and-back moving body (51), the cylindrical front-and-back moving body (51) is connected to an outer worm gear (21) to be movable in front and back directions, the worm gear (21) is connected to a worm (22), and a motor or a handle is connected to the worm (22) to sequentially rotate the worm (22) and the worm gear (21) by rotary force of the motor or the handle, and to move the cone (30) fixedly connected to the front-and-back moving body (51) in front and back directions. Therefore, the cone valve has few parts and a simple structure, and is easy to manufacture and convenient to operate. When opening the cone valve, a vortex phenomenon and wear damages in the valve sheet is not common. Also, the cone inside the body rapidly and definitely opens or closes a flow passage, so that a failure does not occur often, and maintenance and repair costs can be saved. |
