<p>The present invention relates to a deadener recycling device and, more particularly, to a deadener recycling device capable of improving production efficiency by reducing costs of a deadener application process by recycling a deadener sprayed to other parts, not a vehicle body, to secure the equal discharge of a deadener discharged from a nozzle of a painting robot before the deadener is applied to the vehicle body. To achieve this purpose, the present invention includes a transfer unit transferring a vehicle by being placed on the both sides of a transfer line manufacturing the vehicle, at least one pair of painting units placed on both sides of the transfer line in which the transfer unit is installed and spraying the deadener to the vehicle by receiving the deadener from a supply tank installed separately from the transfer unit, a collecting tank placed between the painting units and forming a storage space to collect the deadener sprayed to other parts excluding the vehicle body in order to prevent the reduction of discharge of the deadener in the painting units, and a recycle unit resupplying the deadener stored in the collecting tank to the painting unit by being connected to the collecting tank.</p> |
