The block is provided with a rear part (PR) rotatively attached to a sliding unit along the direction, where the unit is attached to the seat under the base. A plate (PS) is rotatively attached to the support block according to the direction and placed in front of the front part of the block in order to define an adjustable support surface (SS) for calves.
