<p>The sheath i.e. panty girdle has a stretchable back panel (1) and front panels intended to be attached to the back panel in a hip region of a pregnant woman. The front panels include an umbilical part (4) shaped and dimensioned to cover the umbilical and pelvic area of the pregnant woman. A surrounding part (2) is placed around the umbilical part, and connected to the umbilical part by a seam (5), where the umbilical part is made of a stretch fabric with a capacity of elastic elongation higher than that of the surrounding part in all directions, in particular both in width and height.</p> |
