<p>The method involves providing a tubular part (2) comprising an opening (7) to access to inner volume (6). The part is placed in an injection mold (12). A removable over molding core (5) is engaged in volume by passing through the opening. A thermoplastic material is injected into the mold in a molten state. The core is removed out of the volume. A tubular assembly formed by the part and a functional element (3) is eliminated. The core formed by a filling or lining (9) of granular, particulate or pulverulent pieces is used so as to flow inside the volume and to fill every corner. An independent claim is also included for a tubular assembly.</p> |
