The purpose of the present invention is to provide an exhaust gas purifying apparatus of an emergency generator capable of improving the regenerative efficiency of a catalyst without using the electricity of the emergency generator by supplying outdoor air to the exhaust gas purifying apparatus based on the use of a blower and the supply of commercial power to an electric heater at the same time when the emergency generator is not operated; supplying heat (temperature) using predetermined pressure and outdoor air to the inside of the exhaust gas purifying apparatus; and setting atmosphere required for regenerating the catalyst. Moreover, the other purpose of the present invention is to provide the exhaust gas purifying apparatus of the emergency generator with a strengthened catalyst regenerative function capable of improving the regenerative purification ability of the catalyst based on a simple structure, since the catalyst is regenerated by using an electric heater while supplying outdoor air.
