The arrangement (20) has distribution channels extending longitudinally in plates and being in fluid connection with inter-plate spaces of the plates so as to circulate heat transfer fluid (F1). Third distribution channel and a collector extend longitudinally in a condenser (22) and a sub-cooler (24) and are in fluid connection with spaces. A drain connects an output of the collector to a receiver-dehumidifier (23) and another drain connects the receiver-dehumidifier to inlet of the channel, so that the fluid circulates successively in the condenser, receiver-dehumidifier and sub-cooler.
