<p>The present invention relates to a black box capable of monitoring tire pressure. A main control unit (50) of the black box (100) displays the tire pressure received by a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) module (70) on a display unit (20), and if the tire pressure is out of a predetermined pressure range, operates an alert unit (30) to issue an alert. The main control unit receives speed and acceleration data, airbag operation data, brake device data, etc. from an electronic control unit of a vehicle, and stores the data in a memory unit (40) and displays the data on the display unit (20). The main control unit (50) can periodically receive driving data from the electronic control unit of the vehicle to store the data in a memory unit (40). Therefore, the black box can receive the tire pressure data from the TPMS which correctly and periodically detects the tire pressure, without visually checking the tire pressure which may lead to a big accident or safety problem; and can display the tire pressure on the display unit together with a driving image to constantly monitor the tire pressure while the vehicle is driven. The black box can issue an alert if the tire pressure is out of a proper range or is lower than the range, thereby preventing the accident of the vehicle in advance.</p> |
