发明名称 Out-Coupling Enhanced Organic Light Emitting Devices by the Wet-Etching of Transparent Conducting Layer and method of the OLED
摘要 An organic light emitting device includes: a substrate; a first electrode which is stacked on the substrate; an organic material layer which is formed on the upper side of the first electrode; and a second electrode which is stacked on the upper side of the organic material layer. Disclosed is the organic light emitting device which includes an irregular nanocluster scattering pattern structure of hundreds of nanometer sizes similar to or smaller than the wavelength of emitted light by wet-etching the surface of the first electrode. The nanocluster scattering pattern structure according to the present invention is formed by etching a part of the first electrode with a simple wet etching method unlike the existing method. The wet etching process of the first electrode has compatibility with the existing OLED manufacturing process and is easily applied to a process for manufacturing a display with a large screen.
